Hey, it's day 3 I've been doing this work. On day 1 I was so exhausted that I couldn't even do the open window squat, and on day 2 I could already hold the squat and a little of a side plank! And on day 3, I could already (barely) hold the side plank but my body kept falling when I tried to touch my elbow with my knee. I will keep trying my best! Day: 4 struggling with side plank Day 5: already can do the side plank but when tap my elbow with my knee is kinda of hard but Im sorry for not updating for almost a week but I'm still doing this workout!

So the 30 min one is definitely more effective because it focuses more everything when i did the 30 min one i lost weight in 30-20 days so I recommend the 30 min one
