Alternative for a GYM VERSION: Use weights instead of bottles. I would recommend:
- warm up: no weights or max. 4kg
- Rowing Exercises: 6-16kg
Using a loop / booty band is actually so great for working your upper body! I hope you already have one at home for the booty trainings - buuuut(t) have you ever considered using it for different body parts? Get ready to fall in love! This video is based on Circuits, so we do 3 sets of exercises 2x each. Since it's a bit more "complex" with adding the loop band etc. I felt like it's easier to get the hang of it that way.
This routine is super helpful if you...
▸ want to reduce back pain. Strong upper body muscles are important for that!
▸ are sitting a lot & want to have a better posture
▸ want to stabilize your spine, which is amazing to prevent injuries. It's the main support structure for your body!
▸ want to balance your body. Only training booty & abs is not good :) I have at least 1 Upper Body Day per week

I loved that you added clips from different angle to show us how to do some exercise also love that you added easier version/modified exercise in the 15min beginner abs workout. Upper body days are always the ones that I struggle with the most (in terms of motivation), but I adore the gym-style videos, and this one went by a lot quicker than usual. So thank you for this, Pam!

i LOVE your more gym styled workouts, so your workouts like this, the 15min abs with weights or the 20min booty (gym version)! They feel so effective, my muscles are literally shaking! ❤ Thanks for being so cool on different sides, like on the sweaty side with 15min sweaty dance or calorie burner but also on the heavy side 🤓

Awesome mix of the 10 upper body with booty band, and the 15 minute upper body, such a cool and different workout. The not jumping jacks and head on floor are my favourites (though it makes me realize I need to clean my mat hahaha).

The thing that I love about this channel is not only it helps you get strong so quickly but it also is very motivating for some reasons I find her videos very useful for people who want to workout but don't want to workout if you know what I mean and the "well done!" I feel so proud every time I can check off a completed workout in my Pam app. I used to work out for a better body but now I workout for a healthier state of mindfulness that strengthens my mind, body & soul. This is something I never experienced working out until I started training with Pamela 💗💗💗

Omg omg OMG!!!! PAMELA , THIS IS INCREDIBLEEEEE!!!!!!!!! honestly, i never found any upper body workouts for women on KZfaq until I found yours. So i used to think that upper body isn't important for us girls. So i decided to leave it. But then I found you obviouslyyyy so love you for that. I'm so grateful that now female fitties on KZfaq are also uploading upper body workouts . Starting with pushups... obviously.. Love you pamela . WOW! 💪🏻🔥 THE BEST UPPER BODY WORKOUT YET! Pam, this was absolutely amazing! First of all, I feel all of my muscles already burning in my entire upper body (and even my butt at the end of the workout with the no jumping Jack). I can tell I’m gonna be sore by the end of the day! I love all of your workouts and each one of them I think will be my favorite but truthfully they ALL ARE! this was a really great burn everywhere on my upper body!!! although I have to say it‘s not fair that the last set was done twice as well since I thought it was over with the first plank😂 it killed me…but it feels so good now that I‘m done❤

Love this upper body workout! I feel stronger ❤ I need to train my shoulders and upper back more, because every day I struggle to walk upright (shoulders back). The upper body workout gives me strength to build those muscles! 💪🏻🥰

Great and surprisingly challenging workout! The band gave that extra effort. I also like that you have 15-20 minutes workout options. I have though one note - if you would consider wearing slightly longer tights, that would be very much appreciated by me and probably by some more modest public and subscribers like myself.
