lol I Clean the walls at least 3 times a week. I have a very active 2 yr old. So I’m not.

What type of mat do you use. Mine keeps sliding on my hardwood floor? Thank you for these videos!! I am a beginner and these 10-20 minute videos are perfect and I can feel the burn!!

Hey! This mat is Mira Mat 😀. It’s really great but if you sweat a lot you will slide, like many other mats.

I'm struggling myself but take breaks as you need to and you will get used to it, it may take some time but consistency is key. Everyone eases in and gets used to it at their own pace. Don't be hard on yourself, you got this!!
