Bought a heavy bag at the start of 2022, didn't know really how to train with it( iam a cyclist usually) found Nate's channel and really enjoying do this with someone who knows what there talking about. Sweating a lot after this but great fun.thanks

Love your channel, man. I've completed up to round 8 on your heavy bag series. Absolutely addicting. Is there a video on how to throw better hooks? My left wrist is pretty sore and I find myself either throwing a right hook instead, or a softer left. Appreciate all you do!
