Hi Kseny. I loved this routine so much! After MANY years of suffering with chronic widespread pain and endless appointments, tests, scans, etc, etc, I was FINALLY diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 2 days ago. Qigong has helped me so much, even though I'm always in pain, this gentle practice helps to keep my body moving and my mind calm, tuned in and present. Your videos make such a massive difference to so many, myself included and I thank you for that.

This routine is the absolute best for me, …the stretch, the movement, the centering. Kseny, you are the real deal. Weather permitting, I play golf as much as possible. coordination of mind and body make golf & life more enjoyable.

This is the first time I do a 20 minute session and I must’ve been ready for it it is amazing. I feel so calm and rested. I really enjoyed the tai chi as well, incorporated in the qi gong exercises this morning. I hope I do this the rest of my life

Thanks very much for another set of exercises! Much appreciated! Makes me wonder just how many different Qi Gong exercises are there, in all? One or two of these seem to these untrained eyes a bit similar to the Biyun method of Qi Gong. Fan Xiulan. Keep up the excellent work! 🙂

I really enjoyed this practice. I like how you took all the movements and breathing very slow so we could really feel the stretch and energy flow. I especially like the time you took in the beginning to find our vertical alignment rooted into the earth yet stretching up to the sky. I feel very stretched and calm but with energy flowing. Such a great way to start my day - thanks!

I liked the shoulder stretch with arms to the side fingers linked hands out and neck turns opposite and the back stretch where you can imagine you have a tail best 🙂

I have a question about breathing that I don't know how to express. Should we breath to expand stomach at inhale and contract stomach exhale; or contract stomach at in-breath and expand stomach with exhale? I hope you understand what I am asking.

Hi JoAnne, sure - breathe in as you expand the stomach walls, exhale to contract and move in toward the lower back.

Not your best. I think your commentary should be more about how to do the actions rather than why. Noone can do and watch at the same time. Your intentions are wonderful but, please remember your followers are students not masters

Pandorazbox, I strongly disagree. What you should do is just watch the first given exercise of each segment, and then follow it. And you can always (!) rewatch the video and then later follow along. Kseny does it excellently.
