Enjoy this relaxing 20-minute virtual bike ride on the beach. We start at Ocean Shores on the Washington coast and pedal north on packed sand next to the waves. We pass a beached whale and some horses- who did a great job of churning up the previously smooth sand. The beach is not very crowded and there are some stretches of wide open coastal scenery with scarcely a soul in sight.
Bike route: We started on the beach in at approximately Ocean Lake Way and biked seven miles north (14 miles round trip). There are numerous access points for both cars and bicycles. There are also areas where vehicles are banned from driving on the beach.
Enjoy the Washington coast and the Pacific Ocean as you complete your workout.
