@@pennyhaskins7952 There are lots of Russians everywhere in Phuket, not just Russian jets at the airport. Last October I rented an apartment for a month and the homeowner was Russian I’m told. Met another one later in the same building that offered to rent to me. During the rainy season the price is as low as $30 per night on a monthly basis.

Awesome video! Love watching these aircrafts land in Phuket. Last time I landed here, was just after Christmas on the 26th of December 2021 with Thaï Airways A350-900 direct flight from Zürich! Early morning arrival 🤩 Feels like a long time ago…

Another beautiful video, i like this video position very much. But it is a shame that the Thai Governement still allow these unsafe planes flying into Thailand after Russia has stolen an re-registered so many planes from leasing companies worldwied. They should all be banned everywhere. It is only question of time when a serious accident will happen, hopefully not there.

countries like thailand and the other south asian countries don't care about geopolitics. Money is everything. They will take money from the devil if he pays. They're not very rich and blocking russia or any other country from coming is a massive hit to their income.

The Thai government prohibits aircraft with dual registration from entering its airspace. This can be seen in the following examples: 767 Air Azur -> Owned prior to re-registration 772 Ikar -> Owned by AerCap and purchased in the early months of well-known events Aeroflot 777 -> Originally owned by the airline, not in any way stolen
