That’s awesome. You were able to look into clones, because not everyone out there is buying Kellogg’s cereal, Jif peanut butter, or Smuckers jelly. in the end, clones are intended to do the same thing give you the same smell for a lower price.

I have a few that were mentioned here and I can agree and confirm, they are great. Very close to the originals. Some of these I do have the original as well but when I don’t want to spray heavy with the original, the clone gets the job done. They are amazing colognes

True, as much as he mentioned them and theyre on point smell wise, knockoffs / clones are notorious for having longevity issues so you end up spraying more and then it becomes over bearing at times.

Okay so I bought 3 of the dupes on this list from Amazon this week 24/03/2024. Woody oud, untold and oud satin. I’m keeping woody oud and the other two are being returned. Oud satin was a very strong scent but was just so baby powdery that no other notes came through. Untold was very strange. Does smell very close to BR540, but it’s like you go nose blind to it instantly. It’s still there.. it lingers but even after just spraying it it smells like the dry down of BR540 a day later. Buy at your own risk

I own Imagination by LV and wear it religiously. I must say, the Dua Brand clone ("Imagine") is shockingly close that even in a side-by-side comparison on my own skin, I had a hard time differentiating between the two. I now wear the Dua Brand to work and the OG when I go out.

I don't see many ppl mention perseus cologne it's good the almond/vanilla/sandalwood is great ... also I think cocktail intense is a great clone of angel share.. I got tons of compliments.. even had a girl follow me sniffing me and her date wanted to fight she was all why can you smell that good and she buried her face in my chest to smell it!! moonlit night is pretty damn good but it's just weak sauce ... I'm testing out longevity right now but damn it does smell good but think I already went nose blind to it can barely smell it after filling the house with it

Brother it’s important that you mention the projection, sillage and longevity as the smell may be close, but if they last 3-4 hours, then for many people it still won’t be worth it

I disagree. If the smell is 95% accurate but the longevity is only 3-4 hours compared to 8-9 hours for the original, it still makes sense to buy the clone as it may be only a tenth of the price of the OG. Just spray it again after 4 hours!

North stag Trois.. I bought this a month ago and it smells like lemon cleaner - like lemon pledge-ish. I let it sit for about a week and smelled it again and it mellowed out but is still just so fake citrus forward, you REALLY don't get any of that tea or any other notes like you do with imagination.. this is just straight up citrus cleaner vibe.

Ive been collecting for 8 years, have around 300 bottles ranging all price points, and still buy the occasional middle eastern clone. Partly because some of them simply smell great, and also because spending 400 dollars on a fragrance is just ridiculous. I have yet to smell a single one that's worth anywhere near that much to me.
