The Ideas of having the luxury high maintenance vehicle or mobile is for the protection purpose for those governor's or such presidential affairs.As for communist we just get to taste from luxury not to be left behind.Although the window are bullet proof or either protection from such uv from the sunlight,it gave the best engineer for the driver to have focus to their needs.Apologise for any misguide info but it supposed to be meant for that expensive mobile maintain.
