This event was okay but I was expecting a full on war between the 7 and IO. I was also expecting to see all the 7 members on the map helping us

I love how they took a goofy small quest line of Peely learning to drive a car and then proceeded to have him be the sole savior of the mech, lol

1:08 I think that "The Hunter" fits better for Erisa. Also, I think that the Seven will still be called "the Seven" because they are only named after the top seven members.

Paradigm calling Jonesy “The Legend” is more a case of her humoring him. Back in the mission briefing when Jonesy is giving his intel, when he states his new name she responds “uh huh” somewhat eyerollinglly. Rather than get into a fight over his name during the heat of battle, she simply indulges calling him by his self-appointed nickname. Jonesy has been trying to get on The Foundation’s good side since he recruited him to help after leaving the IO. He’s definitely been suspicious of the Seven’s intentions this whole time (he had us set up devices at one point during last season to keep an eye out on them) but seemingly may have come around trying to shoehorn his way in to their team-or he’s smarter than we think and he’s still trying to figure them out from the inside. It’s only in the final moment when we see The Foundation offer a fistbump to him that we see he at least finally respects Jonesy alongside him, something a long time coming (he admits losing Foundation’s gun at the end of Chapter 2 after fending off IO guards, much to his battle partner’s dismay). It was interesting to see “The Legend” show up in Vibin’s trailer since apparently he’s off in another reality with the Foundation, so it’s highly unlikely we’ll see either of them on the island this season and he was only put in as a possible red herring in case the trailer got leaked by someone.

Not only is the robot using a sword a reference to the past event, but also the fact that the sword was pulled out right next to Tilted

This was actually the longest story related event, despite the event feeling short!

During the event you could see two npcs falling into the zero point. And the two npcs might have been the two henchmen ghost and shadow.:)

When Slone was killed off, the only thought in my head was how she didn't notice the mech lmao. Even if she didn't see it, it's surprising how she did not hear it 💀

My guess on why we didn’t see the monster in the event is that they weren’t cloning it or reviving it they were seeing the damage done by the first mech and seeing how they might counter the next attacks by the future mechs but they carved a hole underground for a base making the ground weak and the mech fell straight through the ground and into they’re base

Mark my words, by the end of the chapter, Slone will return to fight the Seven again. She’ll probably return in like a mech suit or something at the end of Chapter 3

When waiting for the event, Jones says that all 3 shield generators have been destroyed, and the Foundation says that there were 4. This references the 'Assault on Hoth' Lego Star Wars set, which comes with 3 shield generators when in Empire Strikes Back there were 4.

If the scar makes it into the season three that means The normal AR will be back to

The Sword Pull Out could be referencing "Voltrons Blazing Sword" or "Goku Blacks Sythe"

It’s kind of weird that Jones says “Who’s that?” when the Zero Point shows Geno. I wonder if that isn’t what Geno looks like but is how the Zero Point sees him-Geno did enslave and torture the Zero Point for who knows how long. Also, the Foundation says the Zero Point is focused on him like it wants revenge, like it’s helping them beat Geno.

Did you realize that if you use the victory crown emote while you were in the waiting area of the live event, you crowns were set at zero as soon. As you got in? Kinda strange, I guess that means I can’t flex to Jonesy

We seriously needed this new season. Ever since chapter 2 season 1, the island has been in wars or the aftermath of wars, but now we FINALLY get a break

Delete was the best part of this event, It shows not only the level of detail, but the fact that the quest meant to be a joke, ended up being integral to the completion of the story.

Here’s a cool one that people might’ve missed, Peely’s truck was actually right next to the mech when we landed so when we were destroying the tanks and drills we were making way for our savior peely.

To be honest, I feel like all the hype for the event wasn’t for much. The event was only 12 minutes long, but they made it seem like it would be the biggest war between The Seven and IO.

The Heart Cannon is a reference to Care Bears, doing a Care Bear Stare lol. The way the mech leader thrusts out it’s chest and pulls it’s arms back is exactly like the Care Bears.

I think that logically since the tank exploded with Slone inside, she'd probably be dead. But, it's Fortnite; we don't do logic here. I think that she survived, but might be really injured, and could come back as a cyborg maybe? Also, I was getting Dormammu vibes from Geno.

The Live event for season three is going to be crazy if just the normal season is going to end in October. Maybe the live event will be one of the longest in Fortnite history.

After two season, I actually think that the shadow figure is The Nothing. Since it’s been revealed that both the Cube Queen and now the Herald were actually sent by The Nothing so it could devour everything.

This is my first season I really played since I enjoy zero build a lot more. I was screaming when Peely drove up. That was awesome. He's my bud. I thought we legit lost after the missiles cuz the dude with me wasn't great and the other two had left!
