I heard that our honourable CSI synod secretariat is gearing up in promoting indigenous music in the liturgical practices of Christian worship. If this is the case then the future of our Paamalaihal will be at stake.. From the main worship usage, our western adopted hymns will be demoted to a status of special songs (like those sung during offering collection etc) may be in long years to come. (I am not at all against using indigenous songs, but more obsessed to hymns and harmony singing since childhood...) So at this context too, I appreciate your efforts for recording these hymns so that we can enjoy these endlessly... May God bless you and your effort abundantly
