I do like this video. I was interested in the prices/shipping, so I clicked on links while stopping starting the video. I was able to follow along, though. Note that number 8 is not on Amazon- the Allwood claudia is listed as the link instead. Number 7's link is to the allwood eagle vista and the goshen cabin isn't listed. Number 3's link is to a greenhouse- the pinehurst isn't listed. Two DIFFERENT buildings are shown for number 3. For number one, the house shown is NOT the one in the link. The link is to a shipping container "house" built in china. Foul language is not needed in any video- it takes away from the subject matter. I do agree that people can look up their own prices as these things can change, but giving a disclaimer such as "all prices in this video are at the time the video was made" is better. A lot of kit houses don't include bathrooms and you make it sound like no bathroom can be added by the builder although I don't think that was your intent. This video could be updated with new info or a new video could be made.

Most are unavailable, those that are available are high price/sf and it would be cheaper to by a larger shed and convert it to a tiny house.

Did he say #8 for over $50,000? I'd rather go buy a shed for 5 than a empty " tiny house " or " bird watching house " ..what in the world. Btw, I'm selling a tiny box room for $10,000 ! Not just any tiny box room , but a box to watch nature . For another $1,000 it comes with a little whole for you to put in a window.

I worked for Viceroy Homes, a pre-fab home builder, they ship a lot of homes over seas, mostly japan I think, guy started out building pre fab homes for military then you could by out of a sears magazine

Any decent recycler or Craigslist scrounger can rummage up all the pieces parts, and then assemble the tiny house and do it for way cheaper. Best tool is a functional grey matter.

You can purchase a 12 by 24 barn shed already built at lowes or home depot between $6,000-$8,000 around my area. Insulate and build on the inside.. Get ya a small piece of land to put it on. I'm looking at about an acre of land for $8,000.. You just have to look around. It'll take some time.. Saving and hard work but it is def. Something you can do. :)

It would be nice if the pictures actually represented the actual house you are talking about as the same pictures came up for several different houses so you dont know what is what. Pity as I was going to subscribe but with that kind of advertising there isn't much point. Plus no prices for any of them cars in each country cost different prices so no point in comparing them with cars.
