Completely new to croesus, how do you get to that area, and do you need to kill croseus itself to get to that area? ( any help from anyone would be amazing - wiki is being bleh )

If you don't want spoilers, do the quest "city of senntisten" first Otherwise, there's a big door east of tolna's rift, get in there and walk to the croesus part of the city you'll find down there You can also use war's retreat portals (if you have a reaper task before your first kill)

Not happening any time soon. You know how profitable FSW was to Jagex right? I would hardly say a 6k player base classifies as a dead game. I've rode the hype train for many new games through their heights and to their deaths, this game is eternal.
