We are officially 20 weeks pregnant!!! Our biggest most exciting moment so far has been the anatomy scan at our 20 week appointment, and we got to see his little face, his footprint and EVERYTHING ELSE! It was such an amazing experience. I had another Chiropractor appointment and she helped me with some exercises to help me relieve this constant back pain. So annoying!

I know this is an old video but seriously I love going through your week by week updates and bumpdates coz everyone else I was watching was showing at 15weeks and I felt like there was something wrong with me coz no one could tell 🙈 anyways the little details can affect us future mamas 😂 looking forward to my week 20 in 2 weeks... Yassssss I think some people enhance their bumps early too by pushing out ... and everyone’s bodies are different! I know some people who made it to 30+ weeks and looked only “bloated” crazyyy

When you burped and then started scratching I was laughing so hard. So relatable. At 20 weeks all I do is burp and scratch everything because it’s expanding and my skin is dry. Love your videos!

This s my 20 weeks I started feeling baby clicks for the first time & and I start scratching also , I did not know that this s the time that everything is enough expending , and I I start feel low back tiredness , thanks for the information I now understand what s happening

Thank you so much!😘 I’m trying to catch up with posting I just turned 27 weeks Saturday! And I was just telling my husband that I can tell the difference between hiccups and moves now. Hiccups feel like consistent little thumps it’s crazy! What the heck does practice breathing feel like !?😱 ughhh it all just BLOWS my mind! I really am enjoying every second of it, it’s such a miracle 🤯

My baby girl was at the surface of my belly with her back and I was feeling it move up and down like breathing but I knew it wasn't me and was too slow to be a heartbeat so I went to the doctor today that's what she told me! I honestly didn't know it was a thing. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Still watching your videos every week or 2. We have the 20wk scan this week! Im so nervous but excited to know whats going on. I thought i felt baby after new year but so hard to tell. We ran out of time to book it in with the hospital for free and have to pay $250, so i really hope we get to see baby in 4D and maybe even find out the sex!🤯

I'm 16+3 today with my baby girl! Feeling lots of little kicks and my uterus tightening. You will definitely know when you finally feel the hiccups! It actually started getting annoying for me with my last baby because he always had them at night when I was trying to go to sleep, lol! And I highly recommend the native deodorant! It works great and they have so many yummy scents!

Yes this is my fourth so my uterus definitely know what it's doing, hahaha! I order mine online on their website. They don't have my fav anymore, I got the Christmas set that had lemon cupcake or something like that and omg! Smelled soooo good! I was sad when I was gone :( I'm still using the peppermint one which I still like :) I need to order some more though. I've heard great things about the spring/summer trio they have out right now. That's probably what I will get so I have a variety again :)

Hiccups feel so weird, it kinda feels like a flick low in your cervix! I’m now almost 38 weeks and my whole stomach moves when she gets them :)

I think once it starts feeling uncomfortable. For me that was around 15 weeks, I think.

I'm 18 weeks and still sleeping on my stomach. I can't stop 😩 it's the only way I can fall asleep haha

Yeah I kept sleeping on my stomach too because I’m a stomach/side/back sleeper and when I started to finally get round or popped out at 20 weeks is when it was too uncomfortable for me to continue. Now I’m almost 29 weeks and sleeping is harder because I can’t sleep the way I want to lol

@@Emilia923 I'm definitely waiting for that same thing to happen to me! haha I'm still rather small at 18 weeks pregnant..sleeping on my stomach hurts my boobs more than anything haha but I figure I'll be like you and will have to find a new way by 20 weeks. Hopefully you'll find a way to make sleeping easier!

You are hilarious!!! Also hiccups in your stomach feel the same as when you have hiccups except in your stomach if that makes sense.Also you shouldnt drink green tea while pregnant its dangerous also caffine not so good either.The itchy legs thing kills me especially at night its brutal i still havnt found anything to fix it.Also i think the headache thing is just a hormonal thing its brutal though.

once when you get to third trimester, boost up to 1500 or more. are going doing 1200 then boost to 1500

it is great for you to eat 1200 calories per day until birth.

Honestly 1200 is way to low for pregnancy. You should be eating 1,800-2,400 calories depending on what trimester you are in! If you are pregnant and only eating 1200 I would highly suggest you talk to your doctor about the best diet 😊 and make sure you are taking a prenatal vitamin!

Wayyyyy low!!! Some women eat more than 1800 before even being pregnant to just maintain weight, especially when active. I’m pregnant now and needing about 2700-3000 calories a day and I’m less active than ever. Weight gain is on track too. Ladies, listen to your body bc guidelines are definitely not one size fits all whether pregnant or not. Especially tall and active ladies!
