When I was a child in the late 80's, we'd watch this in pre-school and laugh every time it said "DIC".

I think it's amazing that something as simple as a short ad for company logo could make me feel so nostalgic. I miss being a kid sometimes :')

I remember dic from super mario bros cartoon, sailor moon, and strawberry shortcake.

I once got in trouble for mispronouncing DiC as a kid 20 years ago :-P

I've always loved the tune for the 4th, 6th, and 7th logo. The score is so calm and soothing.

I always wanted that bedroom when I was a kid.

My sister used to call spiders "Dic" because of this... The star looked like a spider to her. She would scream "DIC!!!!!" when she saw one...

DIC made it possible for us to enjoy shows like The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic Underground, Super Mario Bros. Super Show and many others. So I guess These nightmarish variants are a small price to pay for the kick ass shows DIC made. For those who don't know what D.I.C stands for it stands for Diffusion, Information, and Communication. The original founder of DIC was Jean Chalopin in Paris, France in 1971, but the American arm came into existance in 1982 for those who don't know.

By the end you know the animator was labeling it like DIC_logoanim_final_finalv3_finalactuallythough_finalexportv2_1_1_1_4.mov

I don't know why so many people are scared of the "kid in bed" version of this logo. I always thought the "green vortex" version was a million times scarrier!

You know how certain sound or smells reminds of you times gone by. Some of these intros remind me of my childhood. And ofcourse, the past is always better than the present. Atleast in memory.

The Littles logo was really cute, but the Kid In Bed logos scared me as a youngster since it looked as if the star was going to poke you in the eye! OUCH!

The DIC at 1:03 was the One that accompanied Sonic Underground. I remember every single DIC logo in this KZfaq video. I've also have had nightmares of all of these DIC logos. I remember it was one night I had a DIC nightmare and I'm telling you I woke up nearly paralyzed cause I was that terrorized. I don't know why I have these kinda nightmares but I'm telling you anyone here better be glad they don't have the DIC nightmares I've had.

I remember some of my childhood cartoons from DiC Entertainment back in the 90s and 2000 beyond that I used to watched when I was young like: Super Dave:Daredevil for Hire, Hammerman, The Mask, Ace Venture Pet Detective, Pro Stars, King Arthur and the Knights of Justice and Mary Kate and Ashley in Action. I 🤞wished they're on the entire complete DVD collection so I can enjoy watching them again but at least I can watched them on KZfaq until then.

I used to watch this all the time despite the name factor. I just love the idea behind the logo. I even remade it when I was a little ill the to find the footage so I can upload it on here. Pretty much the pinnacle of Saturday morning cartons.

With how the last DiC logo was, it's a good thing that Cookie Jar retired the name.

For those who don't know... ...DIC started TV animation on 1979. Not 1983. With a little series of shorts called 'Cro et Bronto', witch was aired in 1980 but it was produced on 1979 as a co-production with Antenne 2. ...it was the birth of Jean Yves Raimbaud in animation. In fact, he works on DIC as an animator for 'Cro et Bronto' and 'Archibald the Magic Dog'. He later worked with Xilam in 1997 to create characters like Candy, Bud, Stereo, Oggy, Jack. Dee Dee, Joey, Marky, Gorgeous, Etno under others, and were well known and famous in France.

When I first heard it I couldn't help but rewind and play it again 20 times.

I remember seeing that, when I was little and I couldn't keep a straight face, 20 years on and it's still hilarious!

And so the kid looked out of his bedroom window at night. And there shining against the dark sky was an enormous...
