I’ve completed the 21 days and I definitely take more action, if I try to go against the action I should take I become uncomfortable and my mind forces me to take the actions

I’m off today . It’s raining outside . I had the house cleaned for the new year as a gift to myself to make time for myself . Today I will paint , write and write my intention . I will walk my dog .
