In this episode of Seek One, we share the hunt for the Alabama archery record from BJ Davis of Birmingham. After being inspired by Seek One videos, BJ landed hunting permission on some prime areas around Birmingham which eventually led him to this record buck!

The most impressive thing is not the 200" deer, nor BJ's dedication to find and stick him. The most impressive thing is that this young man is committed to God and family. The reward for following God is God himself. Having high hopes is fulfilled is just extra! Congrats, BJ. God bless you for your witness. And thanks to SEEK ONE for honoring God, as well. This story hit home my dad passed when I was a boy 12 years old that’s all me and my dad did was hunt and fish no matter if it was white tail, coon, dove, duck you name it we have tried it hunting was his passion and I am now 23 and haven’t been since he passed. But I love seek ones videos and this one is a big reason for that. I believe I’m going to get a new bow and start shooting again and next year start back. Congrats on that beautiful buck man!

I’m literally right down the road from where this deer was killed. You have also inspired me to do the same. Knock on doors and ask to hunt in the backyard. I started last year after a buck but didn’t get him until last month. I let a few pass to get him. Nothing to special… mid-high average 8 pointer but to start from nothing learning everything from you and other creators along the way and trial and error and a little luck, I finally got him. It makes it all that much more worth it. I’m on to the next one! Thank you seek one! Tell bj to drive some giants about 10/15 minutes east for me will you?

You heard BJ’s story right ? His faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and putting the lord first in his life is what got him that Buck. How the Holy Spirit of the lord told him to check out that spot where he least expected big bucks to be. So if you put your faith in the Lord you too can have your dreams come true! The Bible says: Put the Lord first in your life and All of your desires will be added unto you. So id say the Lord had a very big hand in the guidance to BJ Davis to get this Buck. Nothing is impossible for God!!! 😉👍

Great video. His taxidermist is awesome. I watched the video where he went to look at the buck, that taxidermist is a first class guy. He was as appreciative to be able to mount that buck as the man was grateful for harvesting it.

New to your channel but man I love you’re guys videos. Extremely ethical hunters that care about what they do with a little bit of faith mixed in with some Reno 911 references. I love the failure videos too man. There’s a truth and honesty to you guys that’s extremely unique. Love it guys! The video editing is incredible.
