What a great challenge. I could probably eat 18 of those if I was hungry. My fave is either plain glazed or a maple frosted with candied bacon bits. Noce to see you so relaxed and happy doing a challenge!

I worked in a donut shop for a decade, and worked every position there. 200 donut holes for a baker is nothing. My shop was 100% hand made. 0 automation. Cake donut holes take about 5 minutes per 20 dozen. The yeast raised holes are either kept when making glazed donuts, or cut out 4 to 6 at a time, depending on your cutter. Again, very minimal time investment. It is cool to see that some shops still keep a variety of holes. Most prefer to not do them in quantity to encourage people to buy a regular dozen donuts. If they are hot and fresh, a French Crueller is my favorite. After sitting a bit, I would prefer devil's food or a peanut topped cake donut.

Many years ago. My grandmother made her own plain cake donuts from scratch and dipped them in hot oil. For me, these were the very best donuts ever and are now only in my memory. Yes Geoff, plain cake donuts are awesome. Eat on Geoff, you are the best.

Looks much tastier than the bowl of cream of wheat i had for breakfast haha. Although the protein i used was hostess cupcake flavor and was actually pretty decent. I love donut holes or munchkins as most in new England know them as. Big fan of the chocolate but the classic glazed are always great. That was a lot, especially with that amount of milk on top of it. Nice job.

Boston cream was always my favorite growing up. I still love it, but also like coconut custard and lemon. You can't go wrong with a classic glazed either. It's been too long since I had a 🍩. 😂

For some reason I just thought when I was listening to How sticky the donuts work set you on assumed look like Joe Rogan if he was an eating competition guy. Both from the same state as I am so that's a win-win-win for the team

I bet this was a nice challenge in general. Less flavor fatigue since bites are small and you can get quick bursts of new flavor. Massive amounts of sugar is definitely the bottle neck.
