Its made for drivers and Honda hasnt partnered with any DCT companies to make a box good enough for an R The manual is decent and can be upgraded to be great

Look for it (a DCT) in the 11th gen. can't let the Hyundai Veloster N have such an effective performance feature all to itself.

@@phillyphil1513 The Si and Type R easily outsell the Veloster and nobody is paying 15 to 20k over sticker like they are for the R - 2017 Type R is selling for its MSRP 4 years later.....Veloster? lmfao nope

Good luck finding a lease on these cars. Most Type R's are purchased for around $45k.

No need to justify something you can afford to modify with 6k wheels, 5k wing, 5k bolt-ons for a 480hp 3100lb car that runs 11s trapping 120+mph and 1.2g on street tires. Ignorant people never understand what the R stands for and just see "civic" - its a completely different car compared to its siblings. The lateral acceleration alone is next level. 50k for a new car is also nothing in the performance realm which is why broke people cry about it since they rarely price anything with these stats off the showroom floor.
