Today in this Powerstroke Central video we were finally able to install these 05-07 headlight conversion kit. all in all the install was very difficult and involved a lot of cutting in order to fit the parts. if you would like to do this to your vehicle you can pick up these exact headlights below. All the tools that were used were: needle nose pliers, screw drivers, 13 mm socket and wrench, 1/2 inch socket and wrench, nuts and bolts, (2) 1 1/2inch screws, crow bar, angle grinder, and cut off disk. The LED resistors do draw a bit more juice from an older halogen designed system. If your truck starts acting up, start with swapping the halogens back in first. I had eleven running, cab lights, mains, signals, and fogs. For what it's worth, it may save you or somebody else's time.

I like the look of the harley headlights, just don’t like the fact that you have to cut into your radiator core support to make them fit. I’m more of a stickler for originality.

That look like a pain to install, but it looks great. Will the grill install be tomorrow? For the last $400 you should do a touch-up on the paint to make the truck look newer. It will go good with the new grill and lights.
