Which speakers are used? I just want to make sure I get the right model. What other cord did you use for the rear?

In vid description. Im going to grab a pair myself. If in NYC, they sell these at Autozone and it seems bestbuy sells them too. They are 6.5 inch kenwoods He used the same speaker harness to connect for front pair and rear pair, Metra 72-7800, can be bought on amazon for 7 bucks.

I have tried 3 different sets of speakers and none fit. The stock speakers are slightly under sized so almost no aftermarket seem to fit.

Kenwood kfc-d161 will fit factory style slimmer design too no cutting into speak door plastics of Honda Rd1s

@@gmtz235 I ended up custom fitting some speakers in the front. Cut out quite a bit to make room for them and left the back speakers stock.

@@HelloFriend365 ah niceee I had recent put all kenwood d161 on my Rd1 sounds good with good bass just as stock, before I had Boss ch6530 I didn’t like those at all just a plain tweeter no bass then tried Skar tx65 those sound good but slightly didn’t fit perfect in the front doors they wouldn’t sit right, I just didn’t want to cut into the front door speaker pockets otherwise they’ll fit good

@@gmtz235Do you need to upgrade the radio and add an amplifier as well? I still have the stock radio it came with.
