Great diag and repair J.C.! My local township has a 4700 with the same T444 and auto. and it is doing the same thing. Now I have a possible repair to at least try. I don't have the "fancy" scan tool, but they aren't afraid to load the parts cannon...lol. Thanks for the video!

I like the tip of welding a nut on the screw to remove it . Thanks for the info. I will try to remember that the next time I run into that problem. But I will probably forget.

Hi J.C. whenever I have to change door locks I feed a short length of plastic tubing down the hole for the button rod, push it onto the rod and it guides the rod out. Makes things a bit easier.

Good ole 7.3L! They leak from the back and look like a rear main but it's usually turbo pedestal o-rings gone bad. Passenger side back of the block valley is a drain hole so it runs down n looks like a rear main leak.

Exactly the correct fix on that sensor..., buy only an original International or Motorcraft sensor, install, and get on with your work... I keep a new one in the glove box of my 1995 Powerstroke (coat more than what you paid though). I was surprised it was only $50 at International. Good video. Thank you sir.

We had a 466 with a really hard to find oil leak at the back of the engine. Turns out it was the high oil pressure manifold on the side of the engine .It would only leak when the truck was wide open rpm.

having the same problem with mine where it just ran and then cut off but I did connect some light on the back and now it seems like I have some electrical issues

Looks like I’m in the same boat as you J.C. Just got done fixing my door handle as well as replaced the CPS too. Great work by the way. My truck still has a problem of the check engine light coming on once I hit around 45mph or so. Very soon I’ll have to download some diagnostic software to my computer and see if I can identity the problem in the upcoming week. Take care👍

I've changed my share of door components on internationals...normally the outer door handles are worn as well where the flat tab pushes the release lever on the latch...it grinds a v shape in it..normally I can buy 2 outer door handles for $30 ish for the pair..aftermarket..but they last pretty well..beats $100 a piece plus for oem

Looks like injector driver module or cam sensor.

I have a 1996 T444 that has started randomly shutting off. At first it would run for an hour or so before it shut off but now it might drive 20 minutes before it shuts off or maybe two blocks. Already changed CAM sensor and cleaned some connections up but it is still shutting off randomly while driving down the road. Nobody in my area has a computer that will hook up to an International and I've talked to every diesel mechanic I know. Any ideas???
