To be honest, I have mixed feelings, the apartment is certainly spacious and well-equipped but... well, it's hard to say, but the colors of the interior are very bland, the balcony is mostly quite strangely built and does not allow for full relaxation. The biggest advantage of this room is certainly the view of the Hamburg harbor, but is it really worth USD 2,000? A medium sized one is also suitable for a company meeting (personally, I don't like combining my apartment and office in one place, even if they can theoretically be separated by a door).
