A lot of people would think these actresses fell off or disappeared but I think there are just no longer many mainstream Black shows or movies the way it used to be in the 2000s. I miss the days of Black sitcoms like Fresh Prince, The Parkers, Moesha, Parent Hood, etc sooooooo much!

Angell Conwell is very underrated IMO. But everytime you see her face you know you've seen her somewhere and you're trying to figure out where. Her most memorable roles that I can never forget her in are Baby Boy, the That's So Raven episode Dissin Cousins, Soul Plane, and Family Time.

Also, Joy Bryant is just so freaking beautiful inside and out. Ageless too.

When people say in their childhood, there wasn’t that much representation of black women I get really confused 👀🤔because there were so much more representation back in the day then NOW! There were so many beautiful black women of different shades, acting, singing , dancing in music videos literally everywhere!!! Now it feels like there’s barely any if so, they are biracial or hella light skinned smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ I feel we were more loved in the 90s and early 2000s then now. It’s crazy! I miss these days! They are soooo many gorgeous black women that were killing the game! Hollywood needs to bring them back! 💞💞💞💞
