Isn't this game proof that the GOAT crown still belongs to the 1995 Cornhuskers? key GOAT requirement being NO close games. The closest victory 95 NU ever had was still over double digits.

Miami nearly blew them out then they played down and took the good off got complacent, almost bit them in the butt. Va tech always had athletes. D'Angelo hall not someone to overlook. Dude was a beast. And others

I was always pissed Dorsey didn't win the Heisman,but know looking back at all the old games my god he was horrible at times!! He's lucky he was on that Miami team,because he would've never sniffed a Natty with any other team!! SMH!!!

Somebody wanted to argue with me that 2001 Miami was the greatest team ever. I agree that on what they eventually became, they are the most talented. No way in hell the starters they had on the field against BC and Va Tech would beat the likes of 2005 Texas, 2008 Florida, 2019 LSU, and more than a few Bama squads this past decade. Not a chance. And the main reason it wouldn't happen is because of Ken Dorsey
