I saw that part of the documentary, and yes he was performing with his guitar on stage. He must've played the strings a little too hard. It's okay Gackt-San you're beautiful hand will recover!!

What really happened to poor Gackt-san ? :( His marks look a bit deep, but Gackt has a strong face. I feel sad for him >
