@@mattyd7839tbh it is close, Kahn showed some stincts of sweeper keeping as well but never implemented it in real time, while neuer kept most opponent's play out of his box. Kahn had real good raw abilities but I believe Neuer was kinda equal if not better in raw abilities as well

@@zhouwu well I don't know how closely you followed German football back then, but trying to bite one opponent striker in the neck and trying to jump kick another in one match without even getting a yellow card is just one example. Another would be grabbing both opponent players and his own defenders by the neck and shaking them without getting booked. Nobody would have needed a microscope to see that. You had to turn a blind eye to that not to see it. He also frequently left the box with the ball in his hands.

@Elsa Argetlam yeah.. well they have a record of having questionable board members (Rummennigge & Beckenbauer corrupted, Hoeneß tax evasion so he even went to prison).. I hope Kahn will do better.

Why?? Just why?? All I can think of is there a loophole in the rules? Does it specifically say the keeper can only use his hands in HIS OWN BOX during play, or does it just say "only the keeper can use their hands IN THE BOX"... Cause if it's the latter he's technically using his hands in THE BOX 😂
