In this video I show the two sleds that are currently in my collection but as the ZR 800 is not mine its still in the video, if you want me to explain what problems I have with my sled and how I fix them just comment and ill possibly make a video demonstration and explaining.

Just a 411 . i have a 03 800 efi .. i smoked 2 or 3 pumps in a row.. Contacted walbro .. They manufacture the smart valves in the tank(fuel pickups ). They somewhere along the line changed the microns in the pickups .. So peeps like me who still had originals were not letting enough fuel thru - hence smoking the pumps..starving pump ..So anyways im gonna give mine another go this season . i changed all the fuel hose and new style pickups .we will see .. Love the zr's 👍

Cut the part out I wanted to see. Hoping to see fuel pump come out. Just unscrew it and pull?

Yes un do all hoses and electric connects and then pull the whole works out including hoses inside tank.

too much waving the camera around with no time to see what you are showing and too much time spent getting to the shop and talking about things other than what you were going to do
