Candy dots=colored royal icing essentially.😂 It was so much fun to eat as a kid!😊 I don't want to think about how much sugar flavored paper I ate, that would inevitably get stuck to the back of each dot you peeled and ate off the paper strip. 😂

I always liked the idea and colorful nature of candy dots as a kid more than actually eating them, because eating them inevitably always meant that you were eating a good amount of bleach white paper along with the candy 😂

So icing sugar, food colouring and water, I guess flavouring if you choose. could use a spoon or piping bag and save your money on the kit

Sugar, food color, water, and meringue powder (it's what makes the paste set hard).

You know as a kid the idea of having a toy like these always excited me. Alllll I wanted when I was 6 was this jelly candy maker. Long story short, the candy sucked, it was difficult to make and I was extremely disappointed with it. So the candy toy commercials after that just reminded me of that.

I got these not too long ago! I didn’t get the maker or make them but I got them from a store and they were delicious! Definitely recommend :D
