The funniest part out of that was when the Kentucky fans at the other end of the stadium trying to tear down the goalpost not realizing that LSU had just won. 😁

Just goes to show ya, folks. The ballgame ain’t over until the clock says 0:00. What a heartbreaking loss for the Wildcats, I can’t even imagine... only in sports can you go from absolute elation and being on top of the world, thinking you’ve beaten a perennial powerhouse in a massive upset, and minutes later you’re picking your jaw up off of the grass, wondering what in the hell just happened... Football. There’s nothing in the world like it.

Some Kentucky fans always bring up the Mardi Gras miracle from 1994 when LSU had a 31 point lead in the second half and Kentucky came back and beat LSU 99-95. Well when they do I always come back with this play.

That's neat. This was a day or two after my 11th B-Day, I received a small TV for my room that year and this game was one of the first things I remember watching on it... Special moment that solidified my college football Fandom for life.

I was a student at Kentucky then and I didnt go the game...In 2011 , I missed the St. Louis cardinals game winning Home run because I went to the kitchen to make a ham and cheese sandwich. So yea.

LOL, Jim Hawthorne how can you mistake a white safety with Devery Henderson ? I know Hunt wore #8 but Jim should know better being that Devery had the game of his life that day.
