Mnml44 my tensioner on my s4 lasted until 305,000km. Car has 322k on it now and runs and drives like new. Things last a long time when you maintain them and take care of them.

@@vanhanliiton7232 yes but i agree with Josefin, thats no milltek exhaust, even with mic next to it, my S4 b6 cab with milltek is much deeper sound and no rasp either unlike this one 🤭

Try going fast in hot weather for a longer period of time. It is just an oven. So, regardless of the fact if your car is maintained properly or not is not a matter. It just need additional cooling by changing or making some amends to the manifold. Besides, this 4.2 engine has almost nothing to do with the reliable 4.2 audi a6 c5 or a8 d2, same applies to audi a8 d3 or a6 c6, same sh*t :/
