Yeah. Special versions of the Town Car had nav systems. It's hard to find a lot of info on it.

All lot of the things that were optional on the Signature came standard on the Cartier. Aside from the special Cartier insignia sown into the seats, certain exterior colors, and the fog lights (which could be had if you have the special “Limited” package), you could outfit a Signature to be just as good as a fully optioned Cartier. The navigation system was an option available later in the model year, so optioning that for the Signature may have been different.
