Loving the videos, you should try being in the uk, getting a lift kit is crazy money! I’m thinking of going for the same tyres and wheels size but 0 or +5 offset? Do you reckon I’d have less clearance issues as they would tuck in more? I don’t want many issues so 265/75/16 might be a safe bet

I'm interested to know if you have you found any vibration or CV related issues on the rear since doing the lift? I did a 2" lift on my Pajero and have since had a few vibes at certain speeds. I have new tyres with alignment. I also tried changing to GSP rear CV's but these had a bad knocking so I have reverted back to the original CVs.

I finally got around to installing my lift kit (Lovells/Bilstein) on my 03 and now looking for wheels. I'm thinking about going with 16x8 and 0 offset. But I really like how your -11 look. I'm running 31" tires. Before you made all the cuts were you rubbing bad while trailing or only when jumping the front end? I'm not planning on doing any jumping but concerned if going -11 will rub real bad.

so are these -11 offset or +11? as you said in the video that 0 offset would stick out more which would imply that these wheels are actually positive 11 :) thanks

What bilsteins you running? Seems.lile there are only 4600 available for montero 3rd gen and from what im reading these are not lift adjustable. I hoped to get 5100 but I cant find them anywhere foe this rig.

I just watched a video where a guy did a 2 inch lift and had BFG ""mud terrain" 33's on the factory 17 inch wheels. Will KO2's not work with the factory wheels?

My 98 Montero Sport does not engage the front axel when I select the 4x4 high or low. I get the low gears but I don't get the 4x4. What are the possibilities for this. Several months ago they changed the boot on my front passenger CV axel could they have screwed up something there.

Hey quick question about tires. I got mine originally and reside in Twin Falls with tires 265/65/r17 Recently purchased new cooper's at3 4s size: 265/70/r17 I'm not sure if they will fit on my 02 xls eyeballing it. Sidewall seems huge? But i think I'm over thinking it? Thoughts?

I got an 06 Montero, Old man emu shocks and springs, bout 1½ lift stiffer springs make for better handling. Bought some tires 5 years ago, when I got it Lemans (Chinese I believe). They've been great, over 40k on them, still got plenty of tread no vibration issues, I don't believe I ever got them balanced other than initial one. Out the door it was $470 at the time. Rotate them myself, as the place I got them from closed down a few years ago. I still have the stock rims. Does anyone know if any other truck or SUV has rims that fits the Montero that has an offset?

I come from the sport car lowered world. Would prefer fatter 375 tires lowered w almost no space and fattest flares. A sports look. Will never ride outside asphalt, like never. And tight ride. Yeah I now. Wrong auto.
