1.2HTP 47kW eats the same amount of fuel as my 1.6 16V 77kW.... Which has better and more reliable engine? Well, this engine is good maybe for driving schools, not for daily driving around... it has no power, no acceleration, the gears are somehow too long.... just get this car with better engine, 1.2HTP is all clunky as it´s just 3 cylinder with balancing crank...

Mk1 fabia and mk1 Octavia are by far the best cars ever created I’m glad I own an Octavia and getting a fabia 1.2 and a fabia vrs both MK1

hi Joe, confident drive given the weather, if that was here ( UK ) the country would shut down nobody would see a train for days we do have things called gritters but they are getting so rare people take pictures if they happen to spot one. After the trouble I had with a 2 ltr TDI Leon I said I would never buy another VW group car but a two or three year old Fabia might tempt me back I would certainly not sink a lot of money in a golf or Audi, in fact having been in a fairly new Octavia and been disappointed with the road noise the Fabia would probably be as far up the range as I would go. Good drive Joe well done thanks.
