Those are always the best shows. The guest makes people behave differently and Howard expects his staff to have some decorum. When there was no guest the staff went wild.

Here, sal has only been at the radio station 1 week. Already farting and Gary's office think this is happened and satellite radio several times years down the road. I don't know why he was never fired.

Man the Stern staff was awful to Scott in particular Howard, and Gary. Scott is right about Gary also. Gary did, and still does consider himself a big celebrity and a big shot. He is delusional.

It's a show, genius. Scott was employed for about 20 years longer than he would have been otherwise because Howard liked having him around. His job wasn't even necessary at sirius anymore. They already had people on staff to do his work and Richard, Sal, and JD didn't even need him to cut things for them.
