I put an MBRP stainless cat-back on my 2005 Jeep Rubicon and loved it! Summit Racing had it at an excellent price. Sounded great on the 4.0L in-line 6. Sounds even better on your Tahoe's V8!! I just got a 2004 Tahoe Z71 a few weeks ago. The PO put a nice stainless cat-back system (I have not confirmed brand... it may even be MBRP... haven't crawled under to look for brand markings) on there, so I am all set for now. It sounds fantastic on the 5.3L and is in top condition. But I would not hesitate to get another MBRP, if I ever need a replacement. Great product. No annoying drone on the highway, great throaty sound. Nice upgrade to your Tahoe! Thanks for demonstrating with results of the final install.

It’s perfect for daily driving honestly. There is no drone but it sounds good when you step on it.

@@chantzsgarage I was looking at a cat back by Performance Curve with a single chamber muffler for $215, might pay more for the MBRP because it sounds so nice.

Hey bro are you able to do a better in-depth video of the exhaust? Like drive byes at different speeds? My yukon has stock exhaust its very quiet want something louder

The wheels are 20x12 with a -44 offset. The tires are 33x12.50 R20

Great video. Sound good at an idle, but how does it sound when towing? I tow a lot and do not want loud, just a low rumble.

It is not too loud at all unless you are in the higher rpm range like 3500-4000 and up

What size are your wheels and tires? Any wheel adaptors? If so, what width?

The wheels are Motiv Offroad 20x12s with a -44 offset. The tires are 33x12.50 R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I did not need adapters since they were the same bolt pattern.

It has a little bit but it’s only when you are at high rpms. It’s very bearable.
