Күн бұрынIn this video I will be replacing the Full Filling Neck. This is a 3.7L V6. The 4.7L, 5.7L and 6.2L V8s have a different style on Fuel Filler Neck but the process is the same.

did u ever figure out what that little canister is hanging on the side of the feul neck? Is there a tube connected anywhere from it? Joel

I have a large evap code leak 055 or 056.. Ive replaced the purge valve solenoid and whole charcoal box with the white piece.. Where else should i look to find the leak... Hoses didnt have no cracks and when i cold start you can smell the exhaust smell of a leak if that makes sense

Did you replace the valve under the hood near the battery?

@jth1987leb i have the same issue changed purge valve canister,gas cap, that big box, im about to change the gas filler neck with a new rubber head. Idk what else to do

My o-ring attached to the nozzle where you pump gas is ripped up and I’ve changed my gas cap but I still get an evap check engine. Can I replace this oring?

Do I need to pull everything out like you did to get to that oring?

WinlockPro I’m confused about what o ring you mean. There is only one and it the blue one inside the evap line on the fuel take side. If you’re talking about rubber ring that is on the body that the filler neck goes through and hold it in place that has nothing to do with emissions. It just keeps the filler neck from touching the body of the car.

VGAPR Garage yes, the rubber that holds the necks in place. My rubber is torn up and the neck is moving and lose. Does this effect anything? I thought the gas cap makes contact with that rubber seal when it is twisted to seal? I don’t understand where my evap leak maybe then.

WinlockPro that rubber o ring has not effect on the emissions system.
