Good touring video for this 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the Limited trim. I do in fact have this same Jeep. Same model year, same exterior color, same two tone interior color. Only differences are the engine and rims. Mine came with the 4.7 liter V8 engine and another kind of 5 star rims. The Jeep in this video didn't come with it, but mine came with the back up parking sensors. Very helpful when trying to park in tight spaces. While watching the video I noticed the "spare low air" on the information screen. I had that same problem. As for that issue it's one of two possibilities. It's either the obvious more air needs to be in it or like what I experienced on my Jeep a small area on the rim for the spare tire was dry rotted. The tire place I went to repaired the rim by placing couple bonding compound seals on it. It's good. No more "spare low air" indicator popping up. Couple corrections to be made based on the production years for the first and second generation Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles. The first generation Jeep Grand Cherokee lasted from model years 1993 to 1998. Not 1997 like what was mentioned in the video. The second generation Jeep Grand Cherokee lasted from model years 1999 to 2004. Not for beginning production year 1998 like what was mentioned in this video. Another correction to be made are the performance numbers for the WK 3rd generation Jeep Grand Cherokee. The 3.7 liter V6 engine produces 210 HP along with 235 pound feet of torque. The 4.7 liter V8 engine which mine has produces 235 horsepower along with a pretty high 305 pound feet of torque. The 5.7 liter HEMI V8 produces 330 horsepower along with a beefy 360 pound feet of torque. Jeep could've done a better job at the time with the headlight switch, but it's ok. It's functional. For the current 4th generation soon to be outgoing generation WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep changed the headlight switch with a rotary dial one which is better. The upcoming new generation 5th generation Jeep Grand Cherokee will be nice. I'll be getting it. Based on info I got from couple sources the 5th generation will get unveiled this coming year in 2021 as the 2022 model year. I'll wait and get either the 2023 model year or the 2024 model year. For the first time historically, the Jeep Grand Cherokee will have 3rd row seating available depending on models. A model with two rows of seats will still be available. A rotary dial shifter which the new generation RAM 1500 pick up truck has will be for the upcoming Jeep. Also, there will a surround view/360° view camera, HUD (Heads Up Display) a hydrid powertrain model and more. For 2021 Jeep will also unveil and release the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer full size SUVs. The Wagoneer will compete with the regular full size SUVs while the Grand Wagoneer will compete with the luxury full size SUVs. Should be GRRREAT!!

I bought mine in 2012. She is a beast. This Jeep not only handles amazing, I have the V8 she is fast and strong. She has started in negative zero degrees outside and over 100 degrees. Even with some leaks I need to fix she is still a work horse at 14 years old! This is the most amazing SUV. This is my second Jeep I had a 1996 limited as well. This is my families 4 Jeep. We had a Jeep Cherokee and a Jeep Commander. I love it so easy to drive and the seats folding down I love. I have moved multiple people with the SUV. I will drive this until the wheels fall off. One of the best ever. Not to mention she is trail rated. I have hit serious water with it. She might not have the touchscreen but you can get one installed. 😍

@@stephenandrew9369 I got the v8 one. It's a great car. But I knew from the start that it wouldn't be good on gas. Especially because with this type of car for the v8 models you are recommended to use 89 gas.

Just mine this weekend. It's in great shape but high miles. I hope to take care of it and drive it for a long time.

Pull out the fuse that goes to the four-wheel drive system for 5 seconds to put it back in and then your four-wheel drive will work

Tried that "fuse trick" with my '05 JGC Ltd, the light went out and 5 minutes later it came back on and wouldn't go back off, shrug, thanks anyway... You CAN'T tell by the way it drives (4.7 L V-8) and I've had this for 6 years and love it. Only been in the shop once, but the mechanic told me the front drive axles normally last only about 60K miles... I told him that I'd put over 100 K miles on it already and it wasn't new when "I" bought it! I've driven through some pretty outrageous weather (here in Missouri) and it's never let me down or left me stranded! My younger son has already had 2 Jeeps and loved his! I told my older son, that the next Jeep GC I buy will probably be the last one I need, so I'm going to order it from the factory and take care of it. I haven't been a Jeep fan most of my life (lol, I have a a '93 4WD F-150, a '99 Dodge Sport and a '79 Chevy Z-28 - that has over 750 HP and rarely gets driven, :-), but this has been my favorite vehicle ever!
