Make sure to take out your key when removing the wire connected to the headrest, otherwise you might suffer computer error.
Remove the screws and then recline. If you recline before removing, it is difficult to reach the screws. You need to recline to provide enough space to pull off the headrest once you unlock it.

thanks you made a good usable post. Especially the info about the yellow connectors. Yellow connectors: Hands off. If you have to disconnect, make sure you know when it is safe. (keys out, or even, battery disconnect). Thanks!

What size hex screw is needed to take the back cover off?
