I have to say, Walter striking and getting a high five from Pete is one of my favorite moments in bowling. Getting that record and such class from PDW. That's sportsmanship. Two of the greats. I grew up watching Walter, Pete, Norm, and Parker. Such amazing bowlers. They are great ambassadors.

just wanna let u know, pete doesn't have class, he gave him a high five just so he doesn't look like a complete asshat, the whole game he refused to watch walter bowl because he's disrespectful as fuck. It would've looked bad on pdw if he didn't give him at least a high five.

Man I still can't get over just how beautiful Walter Ray's shots are here. In my opinion he has one of the most flawless, perfect releases ever. Right up there with Norm Duke and Pete Weber

UP there with Norm and PDW? You meant to say they are Up there with him? WRWJ wasn't a sexy bowler covering 30 boards, but the dude was simply flawless as a bowler. He has the skins on the wall to prove it. I wonder how many two pin spares Williams ever had to shoot?

Great sportsmanship by Pete in the 9th and 10th. For a guy who sometimes gets a little crazy, you can see how much respect he has for WRWJ and the game as a whole.

I did to at Taylor lanes in michigan around 1990 give or take a few years!!Scores were 246 to 207 but I won!!It was awesome

WRWJ was an anvil. Simply unflappable. His mechanics were flawless, did that dude ever make a mistake? Yea he did, but they were few and far between. He wasn't a sexy bowler with the huge hook, opening up the lanes...he was just the best bowler. And in his era no one could is his peer.
