Watching this in 2022 and watching the similarities in how geelong are playing again. Hope they give the finals a shake.

Good observation. The main differences I see are in the ruck (Ottens) and our forward line is better now. The other difference is the competition is much more even now.

Would have been great to see Tom Hawkins and Nathan Ablett in full flight as he never reached his potential. Imagine them both with full pre seasons in the gym and on the track fit and ready to go. Maybe another premiership who knows

I know there is differences etc, but I see Carlton now very very similar to Geelong of 05-06... could nearly be ready to have a Geelong of 07-11

How bloody good was Ottens . Controlled every ruck contest he was in . So many North legends went missing.
