Hello, The kitchen sink is actually made of resin like the countertops. Perfect for RVs. After hearing you say ceramic in this and other videos, I feel I must say something. Just as I did when you and your dad were saying "hardwood flooring" rather than "laminate wood look" flooring. You may have made the same mistake again by stating it's "engineered hardwood flooring". Engineered wood flooring is still wood. If it is indeed engineered wood, forgive me. If it's laminate, you'll need to state so in the description of the video to avoid disappointed customers who visit you for a viewing. Laminate has no wood at all. It's all man-made vinyl and plastic. Be sure to state the facts properly to avoid losing customers who took time and possibly traveled some distance to look at the unit only to find the flooring is not wood. Please see this as constructive feedback. I'm really not being a dick. I love this unit. The floorplan is exactly what I want. Walk thru bathrooms are off my list no matter how impressive or value filled a unit is. Sadly my needs dictate a tag axle. So sad because I am thrilled with this floorplan. I love everything but the absence of the tag and the small engine. Towing anything behind a unit this size requires a tag. This unit was not designed for towing long distances. I imagine the carrying capacity is greatly reduced as well, compared to similar units with tag axles. For those who don't need to tow a vehicle or trailer, this is a fantastic unit. The 400hp is plenty to push a unit this size down the freeway. Your speed would be reduced a bit heading up a mountain pass. However, for 95% of your trip, you're not going to notice the smaller engine. Snowbirds will find this unit is a great value. A one piece fiberglass roof is a lifetime roof when properly maintained. Keep those seals fresh. The last thing you want to do is cut up your fiberglass roof to fix wood rot. If I were staying in one place for long periods of time and didn't need to tow my SUV behind her, I'd purchase this in a heartbeat. As always, with any pre-owned unit, have a survey to avoid surprises you, nor the seller, knew about. Cheers!
