310k km on mine. 2.0tdi pd 16v Sport with DSG. Leather sports seats, satnav, heated seats, paddle shifters, bluetooth car phone etc. Love it. DSG improves the driving characteristics of these tdi engines by a lot. Down side is that at one point you gotta spend the $$$ to do the balancing shaft/oil pump slave shaft replacement properly with the aftermarket balance shaft and hex key so it stops wearing down/rounding. Im doing mine this saturday, had the car for almost a year now no problems but I cant stop thinking about that damn thing so Im just gonna spend the money and replace it for peace of mind 🤷‍♂️

@@waifuracer6516 i hlave bxe engine which is reliable, but has weak rod bearings. If they wore out, major damage or even destroyed engine will occur so also for my peace of mind i changed them

You dont need to be terrified of driving. In reality,its not that hard,you just need to be on a lookout for.... aehm baad drivers :D And be aware of what you are doing, what to do and what others do. Driving is not as hard as it sounds, except when you are driving in a big city in traffic during rush hours,thats kind of a nightmare. Btw,if you want B6,be careful,they are littered with problems,specially the early years, and there are quite a bit of bad pieces for sale that can financially ruin you :) (well...that also depends on which country you live in too) i would look for 2008+ with 2.0TDi-CR. The 8v 2.0TDi-PD is less problematic than 16v from what i heard. B6 is not a bad car,but can be risky to buy a good piece that will last you a long time without issues :) You need to make sure its been taken care of properly. I actually went to buy one in 2018 for quite the price and around 200k km on the clock,i was told its in rarelly good condition. It was 2.0TDi 103kw wagon with DSG transmission,but when i arrived to look at it, it was so broken it could not even start.(not a battery problem :D immobiliser broke because it was probably only temporarily "fixed" to sell it) ..thank god for that because i might have bought a tu*d with hidden problems if that did not happen. Be careful for people ripping you off,its common on these,but if you buy a good piece,i think its worth it.

Fairly. But if you buy one buy a 1.9 diesel or if u want the power, get the 2.0 tdi. Just make sure to save up extra 1k to afford to first big jobs

@@mr.nevolchristmas4560 у меня тоже такой пассат b6 2.0 tdi 140 dsg, и до 4000 оборотов еде нормально а если крутить больше то видно как тяга пропадает а мотор просто ревёт )

@@maikal573 посмотри графики на дино стенде дизельных турбовых моторов и пойми что прирост мощности при включении турбы идет от 1800 до 3000 оборотов. а потом всееее, роста момента нету. я не с пустого места говорю об этом. Если бы было так как вам хочется то на тахометре обороты не заканчивались на 5000 тысячах, а крутились бы дальше. но наверное производители не дураки))
