those air filters are just sucking in hot air from the top of the engine hot air is less dense! go back to the original air box and buy a K&N air filter that fits your original air filter box I have a c350 amg with a K&N air filter and on cold days it's sucking in nice cold dense air from under the engine the engine spins up much much quicker. this is good advice 😉
