flow masters and magnaflow really are bottom of the barrel. id much rather leave that stock

At least it doesn't suck as much as the 5.3 of that year since the 4.8 didn't come with the dreaded AFM or what I call planned obsolescence which is why they scrapped the 4.8 for the 2014 year model, forcing people that wanted a v8 truck of that year or newer to get an engine that had the chance of complete failure usually right after warranty expires which if very convenient. I might be a bit biased since I own a 2013 silverado with a 4.8 and it has been a great experience plus it was much cheaper than the 5.3 variant and no worries of when a lifter will fail. Just my two cents on the subject.
