How do you get that relay out? How do you remove the fuse block to access the back?!?

I have a 2012 nissan altima S model. The blower motor was making a rattling noise for a bit, then it stopped working. I replaced the blower motor but it doesn't turn on. There is power to the two 15a fuses for the blower motor. Could the relay be bad?

I have a 06 Nissan quest the front doesn’t blow but the back has no problems any suggestions?
