You can tell by the design of the front headlights and backlight but overall the shape of the vehicle hasn't change much.

@@waltertriplett3376 yes agreed completely.. and the newer models are a little bit longer and even so the model i use still has all the space one would want in a suv..love my murano lol..reliable and verry tuff as it still has lotsa Datsun in it comming from a nissan factory and not built by another company as todays murano's are 👍..i drove a 1986 Datsun skyline for many years and the murano is built in verry much the same sort of way that my Datsun skyline was..simple yet reliable with not too much that can go wrong as with todays cars..ill swop mine for no other lol..no matter what ppl might say about murano, like any other car itll last if u look after it and that i surely do 😉..looking at this one though the engin compartment looks dirty and the heat cover on the inside of the bonnet looks messed up..mine is even better than the orriginal look because ive worked on mine and made her unique..peace ✌

It’s a 04 you can tell by the brake lights and the interior door handles(not chrome). And key is not the intelligent key. And the gauges.

Well i dunno bout how they looked in 2004 but mine is a 2006 model with all the exact everything u see on this one..right up to the head and tail lights and red and white light on the hatch door either side of the number plate 👍

@@frednel4326 2003,2004,2005,2006.are the first generation muranos.they haven't change much,looking at a 2004 looks like a 2006, now when you get to the 2nd generation of muranos there is big difference, although I love the first generation, have a Bless Day.

I saw that too.Nissan DIdn't build a Murano in 08.

Only difference is the design of the front headlights and backlight paid attention to the design of the headlights.
