I cant begin to explain the sound of a derby. If you have never attended a Wear/Tyne derby at the stadium of light, you cant understand. But theres just this constant noise. This feeling of sheer excitement that does not go away. It's just a continuous roar. Every single pass is cheered, every single tackle is celebrated like a goal.

I was there in the North Upper and had an amazing view of Richardsons Rocket. Amazing game and amazing atmosphere.

It was a LONG time in coming, but they do say that good things always come to those who wait. And as for the winning goal, what can you say? Suffice to say, I was surprised that Keiran Richardson's "rocket-like" free-kick, didn't burst the back of the Newcastle net!

@@asora7315 You do not know this for sure... Only 5 games have been played so far (As of 19th Sep 2021) Still FAR too early to say who will finish where .. Look at Norwich...They are rotten to the core.. I also think Burnley will be "In the mix" and Watford will also be down there in the relegation battle. Still far too early to say who will be getting relegated and who will not be. Maybe 20 games into the season and a better picture will emerge. Good to see Sunderland doing what they do best ..Throwing away 2 points in the dying minutes of the game... They are very good at doing this.

What an amazing day , watched it in wick in Caithness , Scotland , was a long time coming . Newcastle havnt won many derbies since , they still havnt won at Wembley either since 1955 either
