Awesome video. I'm facing a similar issue, the key shows when inserted, but the immobilizer is active with the yellow key light solid by the check engine light and the car will not start. The alarm indicator never stops flashing yellow either. My car will only switch to On mode and get stuck there until I disconnect a battery terminal. This actually occurred once before, but cleared after letting the car sit with the battery disconnected for about 3 weeks. I'm sure this wasn't the fix and I just lucked up the first time. I have a 2014 Murano with only one key fob. I have the physical key for both, but lost the main key fob while troubleshooting the issue before. I've tried numerous steps online from holding the alert button for 5 seconds, holding the physical key lock position for 30 seconds, keeping the remote over 10 feet away overnight just to be safe, disconnecting the battery of my car for weeks now, changing the fob battery, using a strong jump device to ensure the battery on the car is strong enough, etc. Important Note: When changing the key fob battery, I did notice that one of the tips of the 4 prongs that contact the battery had broken off. I moved the prongs so all would make solid contact with the battery, but wonder if that could be the issue. I don't have the funds to take it to the dealership so I'm trying to do what I can to restore my transportation. Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and stay blessed! 🙏🏾

Sir, i have a similar scenario. It was running, same key, i went in to do some work, detached the battery, had to detach ecu because it was in the way, plugged everything back in, no start. I believe it is the steering lock sensor, i have acquire a used through the junkyard, set it so the motor inside doesnt work, still no start and key showing? Just curious of your location? Thanks
