2009 Big Dog K9. oNLY 1500 miles since complete rebuild/ replacement of all parts, except factory paint. Factor Big Dog paint is in MINT condition. All work performed here, at Barnes Performance Cycles. Engine cylinder boring and shaving along with cylinder head rebuild w/ porting, was performed by Revolution Performance.
Work performed at 4,200 miles, currently has 5,700 miles:
: Rebuild cylinder heads w/ bronze valve guides, S&S valves, Feuling Endurance valve spring kit w/ titanium retainers, ported.
: Feuling Race series Lifter kit.
: Feuling .594 cam
: S&S .010 oversize piston kit
: Shave .040" off EPA cylinder length, making them Non EPA 10.5:1 compression.
: Rebuild, jet and tune S&S Super E carburetor.
: SuperTrapp 2-1 Phantom pipe.
: Black powder coat and chrome, engine, front end, wheels, fender struts, pulley, pulley cover, controls, Primary.
: New LED lighting front and rear w/ black chrome turn signal housings.
: Baker Drivetrain open belt primary drive, black and chrome.
: Tires and wheel bearings.
: Final drive belt w/ Upgraded 32 tooth front pulley.
: Upgraded custom Progressive 422 rear shocks.
: Upgraded Progressive front fork springs w/ new tubes and all internals.
: Big dog tall sissy bar w/ bag.
: Passenger foot pegs ( not installed on bike ) black and chrome.
: All cables, brake lines, rebuild brake calipers w/ new pads.
: Front and rear black chrome brake rotors.
: Dakota digital speedometer, programed to original miles.
: DOC wire harness, EHC kit.
: CompuFire 32a charging system kit.

Can u help out .. can u give me a lil more info on that open belt drive.. we’re trying 2 install 1 in our big dog but i wanna make sure its gonna b a good brand n not have any issues installing it.. lmk tyvm 👍🤓

Looks way better with that headlight. Why did it needed to be rebuilt at 1500 miles?

Bike had 1,500 miles at time of being sold. It was completely rebuilt at 20,000+ miles

I sat on a K9 today , I like the Stretched tank on the Texas Chopper better ,, I also Hate where the kick stand is located on the K9 .. I'd rather own a Texas Chopper
